| Rolling out sealant to protect drive from further damage from water. It also adds a nice black glossy finish. |

| Finished drive. Not brand new way but an easy and quick way (one hour) to make it look MUCH improved and less lumpy. |

| Tearing up the old floor in all it's layered glory: indoor/outdoor carpeting, on top of spongy underpad, on top of peel & stick tile, on top of damaged hardwood floors. Each board had to be pryed up individually, and then plywood laid across the entire room to remove squeaking from the subfloor. Tedious! |
